Esteemed hair industry veteran Ludovic Dellazzeri has been named as the CEO of O&M, while brand founder Jose Bryce Smith will take on the role of Founder & Chief Visionary Officer (CVO).

Ludovic’s transition to a role with O&M brings more than 25 years of national and international experience in titles such as Managing Director of ghd ANZ, as well as with brands including the L’Oréal Group. His ability to transform businesses, develop teams, and accelerate growth will be pivotal in O&M’s development, as the brand looks ahead to almost twenty years of operation, building on Jose’s vision and leadership around redefining clean haircare and colour in professional hair.
