From a group beach walk to a boot camp class, here is the official Wake Up To Wellness program at the upcoming Wellness Tourism Summit.
The Wake up to Wellness program lineup has been officially announced, with a collection of complimentary activities for Wellness Tourism Summit attendees to join, all inclusive of each Summit ticket. Whether you like to start the day slow and chilled or with a high-intensity workout, all activities allow you to be immersed in the gorgeous natural surrounds of The Tweed, and are within walking distance of the Summit venue – Mantra on Salt.
Morning Flow with Fusion Wellness
Sretch out and breathe in to start your day at a soothing and restorative outdoor yoga class with Fusion Wellness. Georgie Clark is the owner and driving force of Fusion Wellness, a leading Yoga, Pilates and wellness studio based in Casuarina.
Awakened Breathwork with Damian Chaparro, Aro Ha Retreat.
Be still and present. In this potent practice, Damian will include gentle movement, breathwork, and introspection to explore your layers of self. You’re in for a treat! This special breathwork experience will be set in the beautiful Spa at Salt lounge session is appropriate for all levels of experience.
Mindful Beachwalk with Greenx7
Reconnect to yourself, others and nature and recharge your battery on this mindful beach walk. Be guided through grounding exercises and learn the science behind nature to enhance your everyday wellness.
Beach Boot Camp with the Gym at Salt
Hit the sand and be tested at a training session with fresh air and an ocean view to boost your morning energy. In this workout you’ll be building both fitness and focus. Expect sprints, lunges, squats and planks and be sure to save some stores in reserve for a final run into the waves (bring your togs!).
On Your Bike
Be guided along the breathtaking seaside bike tracks that stretch from Kingscliff to Pottsville at the southern end of the Tweed’s coastal villages. The calm and flat pathways will set the right pace for your day, getting the heart started and soaking up the Tweed’s beach vibe.
