Last month, over 350 skin and beauty professionals from across Aotearoa came together for Caci’s mammoth annual conference. Held annually, the conference brings together clinic teams, trusted partners and suppliers from across the country.

This year’s event was Caci’s most ambitious yet. With a renewed focus on innovation and community, the 2025 edition delivered a dynamic mix of keynote speakers, hands-on education and sneak peeks at what’s next for the brand.

A highlight of the event was the launch of Caci Treats, the brand’s refreshed loyalty program designed to reward skin confidence and customer loyalty. Attendees were given a first look at the new campaign shoot before receiving their very own Treats tote and tee.

On the treatment front, excitement levels were high for the reveal of the new Skinsmiths B12 Hydrating Facial. More than 120 skin therapists participated in hands-on training sessions to ensure they could deliver the new treatment with confidence and consistency as it rolls out nationwide.

Hosted by the ever-energetic Brodie Kane, the event struck the perfect balance of motivation and momentum. One of the most resonant moments came from entrepreneur Cecelia Robinson, who shared her experience scaling female-led, membership-based businesses, striking a chord with Caci’s community of clinic owners and operators.

More than just a professional development event, the conference fostered a deep sense of belonging and purpose. For many, coming from small clinic teams of just two or three people, the conference was a powerful reminder that they’re part of a passionate, national network making a real difference in the lives of thousands of Kiwis.
