At the time she says the spa landscape in New Zealand was still “very clinical – white coats, branded facials and product-lead menus – and wellness wasn’t yet a lifestyle, it was more a trend – something reserved for special occasions. I believed in something different.”

It was a formula that clearly resonated, and now she and CEO, Andy Grant are set to focus on the next twenty years and beyond, from their base on the island of Bali in Indonesia.
