Elevate Is Heading to Sydney in 2024. Here’s What You Need to Know
After the success of ABIC’s inaugural Educational Conference earlier this year, it’s now time to secure your Elevate ’24 tickets and get ready to kick off 2024 in Sydney. This one-day event at Sydney’s award winning 6-Star green event space Doltone House Darling Island is the perfect way to wrap up your summer and connect with industry.
With a great response to this year’s event and now returning by popular demand, the annual ABIC Education Conference, Elevate ’24 promises that the 2024 educational conference will be even bigger and better.
The ABIC team studied the feedback from delegates and sponsors from this year’s event to facilitate an even more immersive, fast-paced educational experience for their valued members. ABIC is confident that the Elevate ‘24 event will leave you even more inspired, informed and connected – and gifted with their incredible swag bags.
Save the Date – February 19, 2024, Sydney
The Elevate ‘24 event is for one day only, the 19th of February 2024. The summer event is to be held on the water’s edge at Darling Island, Pyrmont, overlooking Sydney’s stunning harbour. The purposefully designed program is designed to be fast paced with engagement, empowerment and education underlying every aspect.
ABIC have separated the day into three core components: Dermal Deep Dive, Medical Aesthetics and Business Mastery. The feedback on the choice of last year’s MC was overwhelmingly positive, and as requested ABIC have asked Grazina Fechner to be their MC once again for 2024.
The full list of speakers and the Elevate 2024 program will be released closer to the date, however a few keynote speakers have been secured, including Rebecca Miller, James Vivian, Gry Tomte, Dr Steven Liew, Dr John Holbrook and their international guest, Dr Tina Meder.
The four scheduled panels this year will be shorter in duration, with a maximum of three panellists, giving delegates a greater opportunity to ask questions, while providing more time for the experts to share their insights and experiences.
The Parkview Room on Level One will run simultaneously with two workshops. Given that these workshops will be hands-on, they are offered exclusively for Healthcare Professionals. Additionally, the popular Injecting Village will allow professionals to learn the latest techniques with practical training.
The afternoon workshop will be hosted by international speaker Dr Tina Meder with an advanced workshop for clinicians looking to learn how Dr Meder has successfully treated challenging skin conditions such as rosacea and acne.
Leading skincare ranges including Dermalogica and Murad will be presenting on a range of skin issues, Katy Bacon from Murad presenting an informative session on the impacts of stress and how a focus on wellness can transform stressed skin.
Skinclusivity – Treating Transgender Skin
ABIC celebrates and encourages inclusivity within our sector. Skin concerns and treatments for transgender patients will be discussed with panellists, featuring a transgender specialist surgeon, and a transgender specialist dermatologist and Registered Nurse.
Mid-afternoon, the celebrated Plastic Surgeon, Steven Liew will be hosting the all-important panel Challenging Complications – Safety in Aesthetics. The final panel of the afternoon will be the Elevate Your Business that will feature leading industry voices and experts.
As you would expect, the Exhibitor Hall will be packed with trusted ABIC Foundation and Supplier members only, where Industry Members will be showcasing their best modalities, quality products, and their latest technology.
For those who choose to have a treatment on the day Dermalux® LED Phototherapy will be available. Dermalux® is a multi-award-winning British brand trusted by skincare professionals worldwide. This procedure can be followed with Young Blood Mineral Make Up artists who will be on hand to provide make up touch-ups and tips.
