Get Ready for REALtalk 2025
The REALtalk Business Forum is coming back for its fifth iteration in 2025, kicking off Hair Festival on Sunday morning June 29. Taking place at The ICC, Sydney, home of Hair Festival, the event is specially tailored to salon owners, managers and leaders to keep up with the latest trends and genuine conversations in the hair salon industry and business at large.
2025 will have a focus on building strong brands with panel discussions and keynote speakers offering advice and insights into technology, asset creation, brand consistency, social media, brand personality and messaging. The sessions will offer tangible, relevant and powerful takeaways for salon leaders to utilise in their own businesses.
Within these sessions, James Needham, Co-Founder and Joint Strategy Director of international strategy studio Untangld, has been announced as a headliner for a session titled ‘Redefine Your Brand Story’. James will share the benefit of his more than two decades of global experience in helping shape some of the world’s most iconic and effective brands and leading complex brand strategy and research projects for companies such as ANZ, Core Plus Studios, Vida Glow and Intrepid Global Travel. James will teach attendees how to find their brand’s authentic story and cultural space and also teach how to harness the superpowers that make that brand unique.
The day will finish with an interactive planning session on brand execution, and offer coffee, morning tea and a buffet lunch to finish the proceedings.
