Business expert and founder of the International Business School, Liz McKeon, has launched an international coaching programme, The Successful Salon Formula.

The Successful Salon Formula is based on the 3G Method™, which comprises five steps to becoming a great boss, ensuring you have happy clients every time, growing sales, reaching peak performance, and taking you to successful business owner status. While it’s a step-by-step method, each step is customisable to suit the salon owner’s individual business niche and its needs.

“I wanted to offer this programme to salon owners, as it has made a huge difference to the bottom line cash banked for many of my private clients over the years,” says McKeon. It was really important for me to develop a programme where business owners could get the maximum benefit from the minimum amount of time.”

Among the programme’s benefits is access to a private Facebook community group with Liz. In the group, members can network with an international community, ask questions to peers, and receive regular business building content. Participants are also invited to join an interactive ‘ask me anything’ weekly coaching session where Liz answers the community’s questions. Liz will also go through a module from her Online Business Development Virtual Programme each week (five modules) with 32 lessons in total.
