Caci Appoints Nicola Hart to Acting CEO
FAB Group, the parent company of Caci and distributor of Murad and Skinsmiths, has announced an update to its senior leadership, appointing Nicola Hart as acting CEO while Francesca Caliari-Pearce takes maternity leave.
Hart joined Caci, New Zealand’s largest skin, laser and injectables provider, just three months ago in the position of Chief Operations and Growth Officer.
With extensive experience in the industry and a strong track record of delivering commercial success, Hart has held senior roles at Skin Institute in New Zealand and Zava in London.
“I’ve been inspired by the passion of the team on a skin confidence mission. I was honoured when the Board Chair approached me with the opportunity to serve as acting CEO, covering Fran’s maternity leave,” said Hart. “This opportunity was coupled with an offer of support and guidance whenever needed, which left me feeling it was the right company to take the leap into a CE role.”
This year marks the 30th anniversary of Caci, which was established in 1994 in Newmarket, Auckland by David and Jackie Smith. Today, it stands as one of New Zealand’s most successful and award-winning franchises, with more than 70 franchisees operating across over 80 clinics nationwide.
