Ever wanted to attend a beauty launch? Well, here’s your chance! This November, following an exclusive industry-only preview, Shiseido is inviting the public to experience Otaku Beauty Obsession – a one-of-a-kind, immersive skincare event.

Hosted at Studio 230 in Ponsonby, Shiseido Otaku Beauty Obsession will open its doors free of charge to all skincare enthusiasts and beauty aficionados. The event will take place on Saturday November 4th, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Promising attendees an unforgettable and interactive journey, the event will explore Shiseido’s expert fusion of art and science in the world of beauty and showcase their innovative 3-step ‘ASR’ skincare regimen: Activate, Strengthen, and Regenerate.

Guests can indulge in a complimentary Seedlip non-alcoholic cocktail, before heading to the ‘ASR Zone’ for a skin analysis and the ‘Ritual Zone’ for an expert hand massage. Next, guests will wander through the life-size Zen Garden to explore, snap and get creative. It’s an opportunity to experience all the glitz and glamour usually reserved for media, complete with a 360-degree photobooth for that slow-mo, so-cool reel.

Every guest will also receive a Shiseido sample worth $58, plus a chance to win one of 50+ prizes (worth over $3k).

At the heart of the event is the theme of ‘Otaku Beauty’, meaning beauty obsession, celebrating the dedication and passion that true beauty enthusiasts invest in their skincare routine.
