New Zealand finalists revealed for Australian Hair Fashion Awards 2023
On Sunday 17th of September, the Australian Hair Fashion Awards (AHFA) announced the finalists for its 2023 gala. Attracting hundreds of entries each year, the established awards programme is one of the most anticipated events on the hairdressing industry calendar. This year’s line-up includes seven hairdressers from across New Zealand, including Michael Beel who is a finalist in three categories.
Celebrating the best of Australian and New Zealand hair fashion talent, the AHFA is Australia’s largest, longest running and most successful independent awards programme. Last year, Danny Pato of D&M Hair Design took out the prestigious Hair Shot of the Year title while Leah Tafa of Vivo won Hair Transformation of the Year.
Entries are judged by a panel of international industry professionals, each of whom brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the judging process. Below are this year’s New Zealand finalists.
