Nominations are open for the Good Best of Natural Awards
Good, New Zealand’s leading lifestyle and wellbeing publication for conscious consumers, has announced the return of its Best of Natural Awards.
Now in its third year, the Best of Natural Awards set the standard for excellence in natural, ethical, and sustainable health and wellness. Award categories encompass skincare, make-up, body, hair, health and supplements, eco-lifestyle, and food and drink. From a beauty perspective, the Best of Natural Awards offer the most comprehensive category coverage, spanning cleansers, face masks, serums, eyes and brows, lips, hair treatments, tanning, and beyond.
The first stage of the awards are nominations, which are now open to brands via a submission form. This is the opportunity to tell your brand’s story, share the inspiration for the product, how and where your product is manufactured, and why you deserve to win. Submissions close 1st of August. Following this, Good’s judging panel vets the nominations over a period of four weeks. Winners are expected to be announced early September across print, online, and social media.
Judges confirmed for the Best of Natural Awards 2023 are Liz McNamara, registered naturopath, herbalist and cosmetic chemist; Sara Corlieson, founder of Tailor Skincare; and respected beauty editor Melissa Williams-King.
“We are absolutely delighted to have secured a stellar team of independent judges who each bring a breadth of experience and knowledge to the table,” says Carolyn Enting, editor of Good.
Once the winners are announced, each category winner automatically becomes a finalist in the People’s Choice Award. Voting for this will be hosted online at goodmagazine.co.nz
Category winners receive a Best of Natural Awards 2023 winner badge (see example below from previous years) that can be used to promote their win across multiple platforms, as well as on point-of-sale packaging.
