Award-winning medical spa The Face Place has opened the doors to its new clinic in Downtown Auckland. Overlooking Waitematā Harbour, the stunning second-floor sanctuary is set to further elevate the client experience.

A stone’s throw away from their former Britomart premises, the new Quay Street clinic harnesses subtle curves, bright whites and warm lighting. Exuding a sense of calm and tranquility, public areas feature an open ceiling for added height while the clinical rooms strike the perfect balance between spacious and intimate.

The larger clinic features nine treatment rooms designed to provide a calming and private environment for clients. The expansion aims to reduce wait times and offer a wider range of appointment slots. A third receptionist has also joined the team to ensure paramount customer service, with prompt and attentive care being a priority.

Now, with cosmetic medicine widely recognised and utilised, it’s time to reflect our premium offering in a discreet, private, and tranquil setting,” says Dr. Cat Stone, founder of The Face Place.

The clinic’s bespoke build reflects The Face Place’s commitment to sustainability. Eco-friendly elements have been seamlessly integrated into the design, operations, and treatments. Collaborating with North Services on the design and construction, recyclable materials like Autex, energy-efficient lighting, and responsibly sourced products such as Melteca Veneer, were carefully selected to minimise the ecological footprint of the clinic.

The Face Place Britomart clinic is now permanently closed. The new flagship is open at Level 2, 152 Quay Street, Downtown Auckland, 1010.
