Skinsmiths unveils new look collection with Plastic Negative certification

Caci’s at-home skincare range Skinsmiths has undergone a facelift, unveiling a refreshed line-up of 13 products.

In addition to updated packaging, the new collection features upgraded formulas at concentrations clinically proven to deliver real results.

A key differentiator of the new range is SauvigNZ™ – the hero ingredient, unique to New Zealand, which is featured in every product. The natural antioxidant complex is a sustainably-sourced 100 percent water extract from world-class New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc Grape Seeds, which is scientifically proven to protect skin and prevent the signs of ageing.

Sheree Butchers, who holds a Master of Bioscience, and is the researcher and developer behind Skinsmiths, provided expert guidance during the brand’s evolution over the past year.

“We know one of the most effective methods to care for our skin is to protect it
from UV exposure and pollution, no matter your age or stage in your skin journey,” says Butchers. “This philosophy led us to fortify and enhance every product in the range with SauvigNZ™, a natural antioxidant powerhouse that is scientifically proven to protect the skin from UV damage and address key oxidative markers of aging and photoaging.”

The renewed collection is divided into five steps—cleanse, prep, correct, hydrate, and protect—for easy navigation and integration. “The finished result is a line-up of skincare that delivers a way for our customers to maintain beautiful skin at home,” she adds.

Targeting the five common skin concerns—dryness, ageing, pigmentation, redness, and blemishes—key actives in the collection include niacinamide, retinol, ceramides, AHAs, and salicylic acid.

Skinsmiths is PETA approved cruelty-free, vegan, fully recyclable with airless packaging and plastic negative certified in partnership with rePurpose Global. The social enterprise enables the removal and recovery of two times as much plastic from the environment as created in each product sold.

The new Skinsmiths collection is available now at skinsmiths.com and at over 80+ Caci clinics nationwide.
