Featuring six opulent treatment rooms, Luxe Spa at Pullman Hotel Auckland’s newly unveiled menu promises to tick all the boxes.

The spa’s signature treatment is Moment of Serenity. This 90-minute treatment starts with a full body brushing to stimulate body circulation, followed by a breathing exercise to send you into a ‘moment of serenity’. The therapist then customises a fusion of east and west adaptable massage techniques tailored to your needs.

At Luxe Spa you’ll also find the traditional treatments, from massages and facials to body wraps and exfoliation.

In the way of massages, you’ve got four different types of therapies to work your way through, ranging between 60 and 90-minute sessions. For those after pure relaxation, the Aromatic Massage utilises premium oils, long strokes, kneading, and acupressure techniques to promote a state of zen. For targeted tension relief, the Deep Tissue Massage combines stretching, rocking and circulation-enhancing strokes to get into the deep layers of connective tissue and muscle. There is also a soothing hot stone massage to de-stress your muscles and relieve tightness.

For some skin TLC, four facials are on offer inspired by luxury French skincare brand Sothys. Our pick is the Detox Energie Facial – a one hour and 15 minute treatment designed to recharge your skin and reveal a luminous, glowy complexion.

Perfectly timed for the festive (read: stressful) season, Luxe Moment is a limited-time treatment on the menu for November. It features a stress-relieving back massage, followed by the newly launched Sothys Hyaluronic Acid4 Intensive Facial to restore hydration and regenerate the skin.

Beyond the spa menu, this luxurious retreat includes an expansive sun terrace, a 25-metre heated indoor lap pool, sauna, steam room, and spa pool. All that’s left to do is retire to the terrace and revel in relaxation.
